In the time of 21st century people now are consuming more junk food as compared to previous times,So they need to change their this habit in order to have proper fitness and being prevented from harmful diseases. As in these times there are various options available to a human being in order to be properly fit or we can say physically fit. They must have a proper balanced diet and must prevent themselves from fast foods and junk foods.   Fitness is now being considered as an important factor to get the body functioning properly and efficient and effectively. The best way to be properly fit , a person must have a proper balanced diet throughout his whole day. As according to the some recent reports people are becoming more lazier and are becoming prone of harmful diseases, So they need to change their lifestyle and must take a proper balanced diet.
